Las Vegas Wedding Planner: updated with reduced pricing for the Little Chapel of the West.

Las Vegas Show Ticket Planner:

- There are currently a number of short term promotional discounts for some of tickets we offer. Although they are too short term to apply the discounted rate on the Planner, be assured that Escalante will always endeavor to apply available promotions to your ticket purchases whenever possible.

- Rate increase for Le Reve, VIP Indulgence Package.

- New show dates for David Copperfield and Donnie & Marie.

Las Vegas Planner:

- New 4x4 tours - the Historic City Tour and the Grand Canyon South Rim Classic 4x4 Adventure.

- Rate reductions have been applied forthe following Hummer tours : Wild Wild West, Eldorado Gold Mine and Hummer Adventure Tours.

- Black Canyon Rafting rates are now available through end 2011.

- Sundance Helicopter Rates now available through 30 Sept 2010.

- Escalante will only accept bookings for the Vision Monument Valley tour if clients accept and understand there 6 pax minimum departure requirement. In the case of cancellation or change passenger's travel arrangements will not be refunded, except for the cost of the cancelled tour, due to any disruption in their arrangements.

- Vision Airways now has a waiver that all passengers going to the GCWR will be required to sign.  We have a full copy of this waiver within the Vision Airways section. 

- LuxBus now requires a 48-24 hour reconfirmation per departure, and will cancel clients from the manifest if a reconfirmation is not received.

We have updated all the Travel Planners, added new content for the National Parks and LA ans SFO Planners.  Two new ranches have been added to the Western Ranches Planner: Greenhorn in California and Klondike in Wyoming.  Klondike has an new excellent opportunity for Youth Camp buy-outs in August!  The Las Vegas Wedding Planner has updated information for French and Belgian nationals and the   Las Vegas Show Ticket Planner has been updated to include recent changes and updated dates for Cher and other Productions.

Today, Lake Powell offered us additional discounts on the Navajo Tapestry boat tour and Sunset Dinner Cruise for the 2010 season.  In addition, the start date for the All Day Rainbow Bridge boat tour has been moved to 1 May 2010.  See our 2010 Lake Powell Travel Planner for all these new details!

Starting 18 January 2010, Escalante is offering a

$10 discount off each Las Vegas Show Ticket purchased from the selection of shows offered in our 2010 Las Vegas Show Ticket Planner.  This discount will remain valid for purchases made up to 31 March 2010. 

The 2010 Las Vegas Show Ticket Planner has been completely updated.  Most productions have increased their processing fees, while keeping their rates static.  You will find that many rates have been increased slightly.  

Coach Tours appearing on pages 61-65 in the 2010 Las Vegas Travel Planner have been reduced by the supplier.  See the rate sheet on page 65 for details.

Our 2010 Las Vegas Wedding Planner has been updated to include the 2010 Marriage license forms.  All our 2009 Planners have been now been removed from the website.  Visit our Photo Library which is currently being populated with photos for your use in brochures and advertising materials.
